While we encourage commitment to your wellness journey, we understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while supporting the sustainability of our platform and the instructors who create our content.
We've structured our refund policy to balance flexibility with the reality that digital content is immediately accessible upon purchase. Most of our courses and programs show their value from the very first session, but we recognize that our approach might not be the right fit for everyone.
Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your original purchase date

You must not have accessed more than 25% of the purchased course content or completed more than 3 sessions

Original payment method must still be active and accessible for processing the refund

Subscription services can be cancelled within the first 7 days for a full refund of the current billing period

Workshop and live session bookings can be refunded up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time
Important Exceptions
Gift memberships, promotional pricing purchases, and bundled packages may have different refund terms. Digital downloads and specialty programs marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds under standard terms.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. You'll receive confirmation when the refund has been initiated, and funds typically appear in your account within 3-10 business days depending on your bank.

Refund processing times can vary based on your original payment method. Here's what you can typically expect:
Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing begins. Some banks may take up to 10 business days to reflect the credit in your account.
PayPal: 1-3 business days for the funds to appear in your PayPal account once we've initiated the refund.
Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days depending on your banking institution and location within Ireland or internationally.
We'll always provide you with a reference number for your refund that you can use to track the transaction with your financial institution if needed.

For subscription services, you can pause your membership for up to 60 days if you need a temporary break from your practice due to travel, health issues, or other circumstances.
